Children’s Health

The doctors at EK Medical are dedicated to caring for all children from birth until adulthood.

We provide post-natal checks for babies and their mothers from 6 weeks of age. We encourage mothers to keep a record of their baby’s growth and immunisations. For complex or chronic conditions, we refer children to a dedicated specialist or paediatrician.

EK Medical provide all childhood vaccinations and routine childhood checks.

Adolescents are able to book a private consultation with a GP independently of their parents if they wish. This requires registering for an independent Medicare card.
